How To Use An E-Gift Card At MakeUp Factory?

Online at website or in app
- 1. Go to MakeUpFactory.com and select the items you want to purchase.
- 2. Once you reach our payment page, select the "Gift Card" payment option.
- 3. Enter your 16-digit Card Code and the corresponding Card PIN and click on apply. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
- 4. If the amount of your e-Gift Card doesn't cover your order amount, you will be prompted to select an additional payment option.

Offline at MakeUp Factory stores
- 1. Go to any MakeUp Factory retail store and select the items you want to purchase.
- 2. At the bill desk, ask the cashier for payment through the Gift Card.
- 3. Share the 16-digit card code and the corresponding card PIN with the cashier while making the payment.
- 4. If the amount of your e-Gift Card doesn't cover your order amount, you will have to pay the remaining amount through other payment methods.
- 5. If the order value is less than the e-Gift Card amount, e-Gift Card won't be applied to the order.
Important Note
Keep your Card Code and PIN secure. Gift Cards are like cash and can be used by anyone who has the codes. MakeUp Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Terms and Conditions
Purchase, Gifting and Issue
- "MakeUp Factory Gift Card" is issued by MakeUp Factory Pvt. Ltd. By purchasing, gifting, or using the Gift Cards, you/Cardholder are agreeing to and accept these Terms & Conditions.
- Gift Cards can be purchased on MakeUpFactory.com and in MakeUp Factory retail stores.
- The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction.
Usage and Redemption
- The Gift Card can be redeemed against all products available on MakeUpFactory.com and in MakeUp Factory stores.
- If the value of the Gift Card is less than the order value, the balance amount should be paid by other payment methods.
- If the value of the Gift Card is more than the order value, the balance amount will remain in the Gift Card for future use.
- The Gift Card cannot be clubbed with other promotional vouchers.
- Gift Cards can be combined with ongoing sales and discounts.
Security and Liability
- Please treat the Gift Card as cash. MakeUp Factory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
- The Gift Card will be deactivated if found to be used fraudulently.
- MakeUp Factory reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Gift Card at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of MakeUp Factory shall be final and binding.
