Application
Apply the liner to the upper lash line as usual. The pointed, flexible tip allows you to create both fine, precise lines and stunning bold looks. The eyeliner can also be applied over eyeshadow. This won’t affect the extra-intense pigmentation. To remove, we recommend using the ARTDECO Eye Make-Up Remover Pads Oilfree.
Please note: Store the liquid liner horizontally and at room temperature. Replace the cap securely after use to avoid the liner drying out.
