Apply the pencil starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid outwards, following the natural line of the lashes. To achieve the eyeshadow effect, blend with your fingers or with the appropriate brush. You can repeat this along the lower eyelid. For a more intense look, apply Artist Eyes to the lower lash line as well.
