Glycerin & Allantoin: Provides deep moisture and soothes irritated skin.

Step 1: Apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton pad and wipe your face gently.

Step 2: Apply a moderate amount to the skin with your hands and pat it gently.

Step 3: For a targeted treatment, apply the toner-soaked cotton pad to irritated or problem skin areas and remove it after 10 minutes.
